In Burundi, one of the poorest countries in the world, the president is preparing for his third term. His cabinet mates clash over the succession and the Defense Secretary is blown up. Gangs of thugs dominate the streetscape, and a new genocide is imminent. The state terrorists do not stop at the clergy, three nuns are murdered. The rich world is not interested. The Vatican is silent. The last journalists are leaving the country. Four self-appointed detectives confront the terror and find a social utopia and an answer to the deeds in the middle of the Congo.
