Pads, stained by the guilt and the shame that came after he raped me.
Pads, white and clean for that cycle that never came.
Pads, soaked and full of resentment for the baby I just aborted.
A tub full of blood from the wrist I cut.
Blood stains on the floor, hard to scrape off.
Blood spurt on the walls.

I am struggling to move on . It has been years now and I am even ashamed to speak about what happened to me. I am feeling a lot of guilt. I will never be the same nor will I find peace
Sending love and light to you. I hope you are able to get professional help and/or write about your experience. You need to release this out of your body.
One thing for sure….you are not alone. May you find healing ❤
